Terms of Sale

1. General

These terms apply between Sweepit and you as a customer. By using our services, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms as needed.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Booking is done via our app, website or customer service. Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the booked time. For later cancellations, 50% of the service price is charged.

3. Price & Payment

Prices are stated including RUT deduction where applicable. Payment is made against invoice with 30-day payment terms.

4. Execution

Cleaning is performed by permanently employed staff with the right training. We bring professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 48 hours. We will rectify any deficiencies at no extra cost.

6. Liability & Insurance

All our staff are insured. We are liable for damages caused by our staff during the performance of work.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control.
